My Approach
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help support you; to work actively alongside you to help you get in touch with your inner voice, passion and grit.
My hope is to help guide you in reaching further understanding, new perspectives, growth and healing. By understanding more about ourselves, especially unhelpful repeated patterns, we gain clarity of difficulties or obstacles we may face and an awareness about how to help ourselves to move forward.
